Developer IMTIAZ is preparing to launch a new residential project, KORE, in Dubai. The project will be located in the same area where ARCHIVE by IMTIAZ was previously introduced and is already almost completely sold out.
This time, IMTIAZ is focusing on wellness, longevity, and a modern lifestyle concept. The project will combine residential real estate with facilities for fitness, recreation, and an active lifestyle.
What We Know About KORE
According to preliminary information, the project will include around 300 apartments. The building will have a G+3P+13 configuration.
The announced amenities and features of KORE include:

- the option to make payments after construction completion
In our view, the location close to educational and commercial infrastructure may become one of the attractive aspects of the project. However, KORE can be assessed in more detail once the full presentation and floor plans are released.
EOI Is Now Open
The developer has already opened registration for interested buyers. The EOI amount depends on the apartment type:
- Studio: AED 50,000
- 1BR: AED 80,000
- 2BR and 3BR: AED 100,000
IMTIAZ has not yet released the full project presentation, so final prices, floor plans, and detailed purchase terms are still unknown.
